A venue listing
If you run a listed venue, or you've found that one has closed, moved or changed its rules, send us the page address and what has changed. Venues can also ask to be removed, and we'll take the listing down. Our editorial policy explains how we check and correct listings.
An error on this website
Spotted a mistake in a guide or a dead link? Name the page and tell us what's wrong. We correct confirmed errors and update the date on the page.
Your members-area account
For anything about your Go Dogging account, a payment or a renewal, log in and use the help centre. Forgotten your password? Use the reset link on the login page. Two things you can do yourself at any time:
- Stop a renewal: Settings > Billing.
- Delete your account: avatar > Settings > Delete Account.
Reporting a profile
If someone in the members area pressures you, asks for money or makes you uneasy, report the profile to the help centre with the username and, if you can, screenshots. If you're in danger, call 999 in the UK, 000 in Australia or 911 in Canada and the US; our safety page has more.
