Terms of use and privacy policy

The rules for this information website, and how it handles your data. The members area has its own terms and privacy policy.

By the Go Dogging editorial teamUpdated · 6 min read

This page covers the website at www.godogging.com: the city guides, explainers and safety pages. It does not cover the Go Dogging members area at members.godogging.com, where accounts, profiles, messages and payments live. That has its own terms and privacy policy.

Part 1: Terms of use

Who we are

This website is run by Ambervine Inc, a Delaware company, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. "We" and "us" mean Ambervine Inc. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Adults only

This website is for adults aged 18 and over. It discusses sex, exhibitionism and voyeurism frankly, though never graphically. If you're under 18, leave now. Membership of the separate members area has its own age rules, set out in its terms: 18 and over, or 21 and over in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska and Wyoming.

Information, not advice

Everything here is general information, written as of the date shown on each page. It isn't legal, medical or other professional advice and can't take account of your circumstances.

Venue listings show what each venue's own published information said on the date we checked it. Venues change their nights, prices and rules, and can close without notice. Always confirm with the venue before you travel. A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what happens at any venue, which is run by its own operator under its own rules.

Laws change too, and they differ between countries and states. Where a page summarises the law, read it as a starting point and take advice from a qualified lawyer about your own situation.

What we don't do

We don't list public places, and nothing on this website encourages sex anywhere the public might see it. We don't run, own or take payment from any listed venue, and we don't sell tickets.

Using the website

You may read, print and share our pages for your own, non-commercial use. Please don't:

  • republish substantial parts of the website or present our pages as your own;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems it runs on, or interfere with how it works;
  • use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

The text, design, the Go Dogging name and the number-plate logo belong to us or our licensors.

We link to venues' own websites and to official sources such as health services, regulators and the police. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

The members area

Joining, profiles, messaging, payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are all governed by the members-area terms, not by these terms. Read them before you join or pay. Among other things, they are governed by Delaware law and include an arbitration clause and a class-action waiver. Profiles in the members area are shared with partner sites in the same network.

Our responsibility to you

We provide this website free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information here, including anything that happens at or on the way to a venue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, as the members-area terms are. If you live in the UK, the EU, Australia or Canada, you keep any protections your local law gives you that can't be excluded by agreement.

Part 2: Privacy policy

Who is responsible

Ambervine Inc, a Delaware company, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, is the data controller for this website.

What this website collects

Very little.

  • No cookies. This website sets no cookies.
  • No tracking or advertising. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no social-media buttons that report back to anyone.
  • Server logs. This is a static website hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel's servers record technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are handled under Vercel's privacy policy.

We don't use this information to identify you, build a profile of you or sell anything to anyone. We don't use the logs to see which pages any individual visitor read, and no advertiser or tracking service learns which venues you looked at.

The join box

Some pages have a box where you can type your email address to join the members area. When you press the button, your email address is sent straight to members.godogging.com/join. This website doesn't keep a copy. From then on it is handled under the members-area privacy policy.

Why we process it

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website to process server-log data. We don't make automated decisions about visitors to this website.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law gives you rights over your personal information:

Because this website holds almost nothing about you, most requests will really be about a members-area account. Either way, send them through the members help centre and say whether your question is about this website or your account.

International transfers

We're based in the United States and our hosting provider runs servers in several countries, so technical data may be processed outside the UK, the EU, Australia or Canada.

Children

This website and the members area are for adults only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date at the top. This page was last updated on 18 October 2026.

Questions

Questions about these terms or this policy go through the members help centre; our contact page explains how. Our editorial policy explains how we check listings and correct mistakes.
